Idk, I think if he had a 3.3m from Montreal, he takes it. Besides he said Nieuwendyk contacted him after he reached out to Montreal, who declined to even make an offer, perhaps it wouldnt even get to Dallas making an offer.

Speculation, he obv cares about money among other things, but will take a discount when he wants to go somewhere

Partied with him last night at Pure. Talked to him for a bit, he basically confirmed he was @strombone1 on twitter. Wife was also whining about the Vancouver media. Guess it's hard to blame her for that.

He's playing the main event, said he came 22nd in the Sunday Million last year. Didn't really ask about hockey, he seemed much more comfortable talking poker.
What stakes does he beat online?

Luongo's Twitter account is gold. He seems like a great guy.

Now I really want him in Toronto.

I doubt any other goalies can say that.
Give me Tony Esposito's 9.68 GAA and .740 sv% and Summit Series win over the Commie bastards any day.

No intelligent GM would offer $7.5m for a one year contract. Basically, giving up 2 first rounders to get a person for one year is lol.
