Meh, the Campbell deal is fine I think. He's a valuable PK'er, solid 4th line C, durable, 28 yrs old.

Chris Kelly getting 4 yrs @ 12m at the age of 31 coming off a season where he ran so good to get 20 goals is more concerning to me. I really wasn't sure they'd resign him and give him the inflated contract his season was going to merit. But oh well, I still like what he does for the team, he's just gonna be overpaid. Doesn't seem like the Bruins are going to do anything drastic this offseason, I just hope Horton can stay healthy (big if) and a couple of the young guys (out of Caron, Hamilton, Knight, Spooner) can improve and fit in somewhere.

campbell is terrible. and paying a terrible 4th liner 2-3 times what a replacement fourth liner would get is even more terrible.

he didn't. he got out of there as soon as he was old enough to play junior. i am not surprised he didn't want to represent the big red. people who went IHS-->cornell were easily the most likely to commit suicide.

Q: Who pulls the most ladies out of the brothers?

P.K. Subban: Wow, well definitely me. I’m the oldest, I have the most experience, and I’m the best looking. I’ve been told that on numerous occasions, numerous. Now that doesn’t take anything away from my brothers, Malcolm is good looking and Jordan’s a good looking guy, too. I mean they are related to me so they get a little bit of the looks. But right now I have to say I have the most experience. I’m a veteran when it comes to that, they’re still learning. They have lots of potential. They’re like first-round picks right now in the game, they still have to develop.

I dunno, Paille's cap hit is 1.3m next year and Thornton's is 1.1m. Bruins just overpay for their 4th line, I guess.

your Devils declined to give up the 29th pick this year for the IK17 punishment, wtf? really looking a gift horse in the mouth here i think, especially after the option of what year to pick meant they didn't have to toss back the #4 pick last year. surely this move won't backfire at all...
