View Poll Results: BEST "Rookie" QB upcoming 2013 season? (RG3, Wilson, Luck, Kaepernick)
Robert Griffin III
21 8.90%
Russell Wilson
64 27.12%
Colin Kaepernick
42 17.80%
Andrew Luck
109 46.19%

In these discussions, CK gets too little love and RGIII/Rustle get too much.

In a redraft for a dynasty:
1)Luck
2)CK
3)RGIII
4)Rustle

are a reasonable first four picks. Rodgers probably gets picked somewhere in there (1 or 2 imo) for being awesome and only 29, but these guys are 5-7 years younger and all have high ceilings.

I'm trying to figure out if my Rustle bias is bc I play best with him on Madden. Dude's gonna win the most games this year.

considering kaepernick will be 26 before the upcoming season ends and his speed is his edge over the other 3 i have a hard time believing he should go ahead of griffin in a redraft even with the knee problem

For example all-offseason I've been hearing this "The injury was actually the best thing that ever happened to him. He'll become a better pocket passer now and won't take as many risks." from all the articles I"ve been reading, but I see that view doesn't really match up with 2p2's objectivity.
you aint got to lie to kick it. Just admit you were trying to scam somebody (ok scam might be harsh but definitely trying to sucker somebody)

seriously this. luck is hands down the best qb of the 4 and its not really that close. seahawks would be a much better team with luck, theres nothing wilson does that luck cant do better.

really? rg3 is 3 years younger than CK and was probably better last year. are you that worried about the injury?

prolly gonna get a lot of flack (ha!) for this but i think a lot of people are letting the ungodly amount of hype that preceded the 2012 draft cloud their judgement. 2 of the 5 (gotta include scam in this) were afterthoughts who are probably regarded today as inferior to the preordained GOAT for no other reason than because nobody saw their success coming and don't believe it can be sustained.

to say luck is hands down the best of the 5 and it's not close...no. i don't buy that for one second. he's the most celebrated, sure, but it's wayyyyyy too early and presumptuous to say he's indisputably the best

The question is who will have the best season next year.

Wilson's wife is ghastly.

Like I can't even think of what she would have to be able to do to make up for her looks. Start with:

1) Deepthroat & swallow
2) Cook the best steaks and food you've ever had
3) Love werewolf

Luck doesn't have nearly the elusiveness of Rustle. Few do.

Lost in that is RG3/Luck took the literally bottom 2 teams in the league the previous year, to playoffs the next

Meh.

Indy was a pretty awful playoff team. I think the worst 11-5 team of all time by PD. The big difference is they went from Manning to god knows what (painter/orlov) to Luck. They went from -187 PD to -30. They also had a coaching change from WOAT coach to a solid coach.

What RG3 was pretty sick but Washington wasn't a bottom 2 team. They traded up. They went from a bad QB (Sexy Rexy) to above league average+. -79 PD to +48.

RW team went from to +6 to +167. All the changes were similar, actually RW's change is the biggest. All 3 went from bottom 5 QB situations to league average or above QB situations.

Jaws has rated RGIII #13 and Wilson #12. Kaep and Luck are in his top 11.

I guess if i had to pick the worst of the 4 (it's really close) i'd say RG3, and i have the following QBs higher:

Rodgers
PManning
Brees
Brady
Matt Ryan
Kaep/Luck/Wilson
Cam Newton?

which puts RG3 at 10th best.

I can see arguments for Flacbert/EManning/Big Rape/Cutlahhhh, but i don't really see lower than maybeee 15th

It's anything but meh when a rookie qb takes a 2 win team to an 11 win team the next year, regardless of the team PD imo.

results oriented thinking. they were like a 7 win team that won 11 games. that's still damn impressive but not as impressive when you consider their division. they went from the WOAT QB to a good QB. he get's a little more credit I think then he deserves.
