Think he means that AB did much of his work against other CB/DB. Both his TDs were against Not Ramsey.

Ramsey wasn’t marking him the whole game, and seemed to do well when he did so.

I'd have to rewatch, and Bouye covered AB well but didn't do well jamming him, but when Ramsey covered AB think AB had 4 targets for 2 receptions and ~25 yards or so. And Ramsey completely soul crushed AB at the end of the game with a single hand jam and a near game clinching INT like last week.

It was a questionable gameplan but it's not like Bouye played poorly, he just isn't as good as AB and that is ok.
