Thought USA#1 played with real heart tonight, one of the best ETs I've ever seen. Still loled hard at this thread. Shame their forum compatriots can't take their trolling like men, too much whining and "nuh huh, gonna hit on star spangled bikini women, so don't care!" Well a), you're not really gonna be hitting on them, be honest now, and b) you very much do care else you wouldn't post. Just read the trolls, have a laugh and it'll all be over in a day or two. Suppose there's progress though, wasn't expecting the thread to be still open at all tbh

Seriously. I dont get why they played so open at all. When they still cant hold on to the ball they are going to lose a game like that 9 out of 10 times. Classic Klinsmann I guess. Just park the bus and stay compact.

everyone we played was mediocre except for germany, and they were unmotivated, not trying and trying not to run up the score on jurgen.

that trend will continue for eternity because it's easier to blame everyone else than give the USA#1 any credit.

sad thing is that i doubt any yank based soccerball journalists will tell the truth about their WC performances cos they dont wanna go against the outpouring of public support for the team/sport, so the casualyanks will earnestly believe that they have a good competitive team.

will make it all the more bitter and painful for them when the luckbox inevitably runs out in 2018 and they crash & burn.
