Fed brings money in and is the biggest name in the sport. That has weight.

Tennis is getting played, the rankings should be counting, there isn’t a valid reason not to.

Karatsev is a beast. #5 in the race ranking. WC vs Q in the Dubai final.

Harris had a nice WIM over El Shapo, serving 5-3 in the first set TB, lost the next 4 points to give it away, then went down a break early in the 2nd. Came back to win the 3rd set TB.

For the first time at the 1000 level, Coco Gauff and Aslan Karatsev are seeded.

Tough start for Ash Barty in just her 2nd tournament outside Australia since Nov 3, 2019, she gets a bye and then plays the winner of two qualifiers.

Sinner in the finals of a M1000 right now (Miami).

He's getting beaten pretty soundly so far by Hurkacz. 7-6 first set, and sinner stared the 2nd by getting broke twice to go down 0-3.

I think he's been broke four times already in the match.

Not a good showing from the next big thing.

Sinner finally on the board, narrowly avoiding the possible bagel set to lose the biggest match of his career so far.

Serving at 0-4 he fell to ad-out, but saved the game and it's 1-4 instead of Hurkacz serving at 5-0.

Comeback failed. Sinner couldn't get out of the hole he started the second set in. Final was 7-6, 6-4. Hurkacz now joins the small club of modern era M1000 winners.

Sinner was a two-to-one favorite I think, and lost in straight sets. gg.

That was like the US open final last year. Two guys who couldn't believe their luck at not having to beat Nadal or Vax to win a big tournament and they both looked nervous af.
