Assuming the bolded it's got to be close to 0%. Tennis is a worldwide sport and extremely competitive, you have to have above average athletic ability to compete.
Here's a rough estimate though: There are around
18 million US tennis players. Assuming a normal population distribution, around
22% are under 18 and
39% of them are 5-11. So you have 1,544,400 kids 5-11 in the US playing tennis and let's take half as male so you have 772,200. Assume 1/100 of them take it as seriously as you say. There are currently 9 ATP100 ranked US players so your chances are 9/7,722 = 0.1166%.
There are roughly twice as many US WTA100 players as the men's so for women it would double to 0.23%
