I like Kei but yeah...he's not as good as his #6 ranking. It's great to see Stan getting back to form and he was awesome in the first set, but Kei was bad.

GAEL!!!!!

He was so good in the first and third sets and so bad in the second set. There were so many points that Stan played well enough to win 2-3 times but Gael was just returning everything when he was locked in.

Stan's career record in finals is pretty weird. He started 4-9, then won 11 straight, and is 1-4 since. At least he made it back to a final for the first time since his surgery. Hopefully he'll be a threat to go deep in the French again.

Gael will have a big year if he plays like he did this week, but it's silly to expect any sort of consistency from him. At least he's almost back in the top 20.

Last shot actually decided the match, Wawrinka was just gaining the momentum again and then Monfils pulls out the Houdini volley to go up 30-15 at *3-2, crushed Wawrinka's soul and set ends 6-2

Yeah that was an amazing shot at a huge moment in the game.

The final game of the match had some sick points too.

Medvedev gives away his serve with his toss a lot, especially when he's going wide on the deuce side he tosses it way out to his right. I'm surprised no one seems to have picked up on this.

Kyrgios lost to the 82nd ranked player, some guy named R. Albot.

Feels like Kyrgios is headed towards the Jack Sock sub 100 ranking soon.

Felix is so legit, his game is amazingly mature. Career high #90 in the live ranking. Great opportunity in Rio, all seeds are out and it was a weak field to begin with.

Looks like there's a 6'11" American tennis player in the top 100.

That would make him the tallest pro tennis player in the top 100 in history. Isner and Karlovic are both 6'10", right?

Raonic lost to Struff lol. If I were canadian, Raonic would be dead to me and I'd start putting all my hopes and dreams into Felix.

Also I just realized it's Genie's 25th birthday today. Wouldn't blame anyone for giving up on her either. But there's still time for her, plus the general unpredictability of women's tennis on her side.

I was gonna find some hot pics to post, but she only wears god awful high waisted **** both on and off court now.

Monfils keep delivering world class defensive performances.

Now it is Cilic, he put on lifetilt because he can't score a point against Monfils

Nishikori lost to some guy named Hurkacs in Dubai.

In Acapulco, Nadal plays Kyrgios this evening.

Kyrgios being normal Kyrgios. Fun nite match in Mexico, though.

Nadal up 6-3, 4-4.

The tournament is using some Hawkeye alternative. It's called Real Bounce, and it that shows an ultra slow replay that's not apparently not an animation.
