Cap at 12-12 is the answer. No real match goes that high, and if it does it needs to end, as that's the equivalent of a full sixth set. At 12-12 go to a super tiebreak to 10 or whatever. Ends the match, gets the tension, everyone wins.

Or just ban lol Isner from playing since he sucks anyway. I'm fine either way.

I don't understand why they even play sets. Why not just first to X number of points? Can you explain that?

While you're at it, why does the scoring go 15-30-40? WTF is the logic behind that? I'm not even sure why we have games, but if we must, why not just 1-2-3? Or at least 15-30-45 to keep it at multiples of 15?
