I'm in favor of the Sharapova WC because putting her in Qualies just screws over some unlucky people who are looking for the kind of payday that can jump start a career.

Like if I'm player #120-150, I shouldn't have to draw someone who is realistically #5-15 in the world in their current form.

So half way through the fourth round and there are two top 10 women and three top 10 men left. Has there ever been a slam where top players (based on ranking) are so sparse?

I was joking before but Sam Querrey is seriously going to win this tournament.

If he holds to form he may run into Rafa/Fed but they have hardly looked invincible. Everyone else he's a favorite over. Only has to beat one of them.

This current match also proves John Isner is a huge waste of Grand Slam space.

Not really. You should be punished being caught cheating. They aren’t the same.

I guess a few have a point with her in the qualifiers and that would suck for that person but if you’re good enough you’ll make it through. Sport is cut throat.

Anyway, she’s served her time, second chances and what have you but everyone will have a sour taste in their mouths about her.
