This weeks games...

NYJ @ BUF - Oh how I would love to see the Bills pull this one out with a 3int performance by Sanchez I think the Jets and their running game will come alive. Shonne Greene will get a lot of people on his bandwagon and LDT will prove he is not dead. Again it will be closer than expected by with Stroud and Davis 2 of the Bills best running stoppers out they just cannot hold on. Jets 27 - Bills 16

NE @ MIA - Hoping MNF keeps its streak alive of close games, this game should be back and forth especially if the Bills were able to to do it against NE. Miami has a better passing attack and NE secondary is still compromised of 4 guys from OOT so its going to come down to the 4th quarter with Brady at the helm with under 3 minute left and a chance to win it. NE 31 MIA 28

Miami has a better passing attack? I mean, I love me some Fins but let's not go crazy, that's still Brady/Moss/Welker over there. I really do believe that this game gives us the best glimpse of where Henne really is as a quarterback. He's looked good, he's looked bad, he's looked meh, but if the Fins are molding their gameplan to suit their opponent's weaknesses, then obv Henne will be throwing between 30-40 passes Monday night. Same thing w/ Jason Allen, this is his best chance to show that he can be a legit starting CB.

Edit: you may have meant Miami has better passing attack than Buffalo, now that I re-read it...

Come on now, you definitely could've worded it better, lol. Pretty obv no one would rate Henne/Marshall/Hartline over Brady/Moss/Welker tho, so for sure, 0-1. Hopefully they'll be better for at least one night tho.

i'm rooting for miami on MNF because their schedule for the next ~7 weeks is absolutely brutal, so i'd much rather see a NE loss with an easier schedule than miami.

I'm rooting for Miami too. a 3-1 Pats team is much more dangerous than a 3-1 lolphins team

ya having both teams at 2-2 is better than 3-1 and 1-3. let it be a shootout tho, have brady on a fantasy team

Me too! If Hernandez can get 1on1 with LBs he might have a great game too. Sanchez did real weal throwing (with a better oline imo) so I expect Brady to have 300+ yds.

NYJ@ Bflo: I'll take the Jets to win easily. I'd say 26-10 and they pull away in the second half. We have a very light rain right now, but if that picks up maybe Buffalo can stay in it. They'd have to force a cpl TO's and capitalize, but I don't see it happening. I also think the Jets will cover the -5.5 point spread. Maybe Sanchez finally takes a chance and throws a cpl picks?

NEW@Mia: I think the Pats win 23-20 with a late FG. I don't feel real confident here since they don't have a real RB that can kill some clock while picking up yards/firstdowns, but I still think they score enough points in the passing game to win.

Brown/Williams should have a good day and take a lot of pressure off Henne. I'm not sure if Miami will try and pound it, or throw right at that weak secondary. Either way I'm sure it will be a close one.

Ship = Snooki = Troll. You're seriously worried about 5.5pts against the Bills? Are you the front running type of fan?

add in the fact that miami's upcoming schedule is ridiculously hard and that they would be lucky to be .500 after the next ~8 games, a win here would be much better for the phins then pats

I don't need to do that. Success is expected in Patriots nation. Winning is now a tradition and I don't need to get all giddy over every little victory like the Jets fans do. I expect victory and I'm usually not dissapointed.

I've never been so disgusted in a loss but yet optimistic that it can be fixed and that Miami can still compete for a 5-6 seed and hopefully match up against KC in the first round. As a Jets fan (which I'm not obvi) one has to be happy with NE's ship of Moss to MIN and their lackluster defense.
