fake news!

So again I’ll ask: Is there any evidence of this other than serial liar Aaron Rodgers saying everyone knew?

I don't have any video of him wearing his unvaccinated bracelet, so no.

I mean all reporters dropping all their Rodgers is unvaxxed stories have still said that the team and NFL were both aware since the beginning so it isn't just Rodgers word on that part.

Apparently the only protocol Rodgers wasn't following was masked up postgame interviews (which lots of antivaxxers aren't following). I'm guessing Rodgers/Packers end up with a fine and that's it.

EDIT: I'm guessing going to a Halloween party also breaks protocol.

Then I stand corrected and will admit defeat on the point

Having said that, **** Aaron Rodgers

i f he's lying about doing things like getting tested every single day, waiting in his car for half an hour before he gets the results of his covid test to go inside the team facicilty etc i'm sure it would come out in this **** storm. The media would LOVE that to be the case.

If he is lying about that too then **** him- but while he said some dumb stuff (Joe Rogan cough cough) there was plenty of validity to a lot of the things he said, including a lot of things being done for optics rather than being based on science/logic.Being wrong about a few things people cherry picked out of a half hour interview doesn't make everything he said bullshit.

He clearly said he doesn't think covid is a hoax, that the vaccines could be a no brainer to get for a lot of people depending on health/age which is true but he gets lumped in with people who do say covid is a hoax etc. which isn't fair.I'm basically the same age as him and healthy. I'm sure he's in better shape than me. I did get vaxxed but don't think it's the no brainer for someone my age people make it out to be. If he made a medical decision not to get it for something that really isn't going to realistically effect him that's perfectly understandable.

For people calling him a moron etc for no getting it- then the ****ing NFL shouldn't even exist. He's at way greater medical long term risk from playing in the NFL than he is from covid. So if he's not scared of getting covid then that's his choice as far as I'm concerned. I really don't care if he gave a bunch of worthless limp dicks in the media a vague answer they were too stupid to follow up on (i guess they had to go back to their usual inane questions like "how did it feel to throw that game winning touchdown"? etc.)

If he told everyone on the packers he was going to be around a lot he's vaxxed when he isn't then yea **** him. If the media wants to cry that they were 20 feet away from him wearing masks and vaxxed about him not wearing a mask then they're a bunch of clowns. He's right it's a total nonsense policy. Same as the wsop allowing no masks at the table while you play, but if you sit at an empty table 30 feet away from anyone playing someone will come over and tell you to put a mask on bc of science derp derp (and yes i realize this idiotic policy is not the fault of the employee and I never argued with them.) To be clear i also never did this intentionally but sometimes you're playing for a while your game breaks, you wait for another seat and just forget it's the moronic policy there.

Borg are you interested in learning why every single part of your reasoning is wrong, irrelevant, or both?

yes you're right the big story just came out where the nfl said he lied about being vaxxed to the packers, healthy 38 year olds have a huge risk from covid, wearing a mask 20 feet away from people is extremely important, rodgers said covid is a hoax and the vax is terrible for everyone, the media asks tons of intelligent thought provoking questions and none of these covid protocols have been nonsense for optics at all. i stand correct sorry. Now excuse me I'm gonna go find some 5 year olds to jab.

The bolded is actually the most convincing part of this article.

I remember my old neighbor was an ex-NFL player and our other neighbor caught CTE from hanging out with him.

Vaccines to help reduce the damage a contagious disease can do and people voluntarily playing a dangerous game are basically the same thing and I'm glad someone finally had the courage to stand up the woke mob and say it.

Biggest issue for Rodgers - aside from the obvious "yeah I've been immunized" comment, which was clearly his dickhead way of trying to put one over on the media - is that he admits ignoring the mask rule during press conferences, just because he thought it was a dumb rule. Last I heard, you don't get to choose which employment rules you follow based on whether you think they are dumb or not.

Packers obviously also knew he was ignoring that rule. Which means Pack should be fined, and Rodgers suspended for a game at least.

Of course that's the cover story THEY want you to believe. Don't be so naive. The signs are all there if you just open your eyes.

or don't have completely moronic rules which serve no purpose to pretend you're doing something

Maybe when he's back we'll be treated to another post game interview with him on the field from a reporter standing 15 feet away in a packed stadium.
11-08-2021 , 01:46 AM
He's been living on the down low his whole adult life so yes he's adept at lying.

Eh there's lots of rules in almost every workplace that seem moronic, doesn't mean employees get to choose which ones to follow.

The rule was agreed to by the NFL players assn. so you would think Aaron would not be so entitled/dumb as to blatantly ignore a rule that is clear-cut and not at all difficult to follow.
11-08-2021 , 07:59 AM
I'm a bit conflicted on this because everyone has rules that they don't follow because they're stupid. OTOH most people don't think they're MLK or Rosa Parks when they're jaywalking or browsing the web on company time.

Given all the bullshit he's spewing, there's really no reason to give him the benefit of the doubt. Rodgers clearly thinks of himself as a genius and will act like a contrarian to prove to himself that he's a superior human being. If only he had challenged conventional wisdom on establishing the run for all these years instead of digging into a position that is getting people killed. But I suppose going with the side that has evidence isn't as much fun.
