With that new info I will say I feel pretty confident AH will never play a game in the NFL again.

Riverman was right it looks like. AH may have been gifted athletically, but if he thought he was going to drive down the street and murder someone a mile from his house and get away with it in North Attleboro he is beyond stupid.

i have no idea how they are going to prove AH drove the getaway car, but if there is proof, he's done and he's going to jail 10000%

I think the report on fox was that they were out somewhere on monday night and left to go back to Hernandez's home. Hernandez was driving and when they got back to Hernandez's home there was only 3 of them in the car.

lol dude is ****ed

there will be about 1000000000000000 reliable witnesses at the bar confirming the 4 of them were together

im sure the police have figured out that there were only 3 left that went into AH's house

now the medical examiner will figure out the dude died monday night

AH is possibly the dumbest human being on earth if it goes down like this

almost seems too dumb to be true but i guess that's how these things happen

If the guy texted someone he was worried about AH and AH is confirmed as driving, he is going away for a long time.

Over/under on how long before one of the other two gives up AH--regardless of what really happened?

AH will be the first to ask for a deal, but the cops want him so they'll use that info to turn one of the others. or so i learned from tv.

Developing story sounds pretty bad for AH. At this rate they'll find pics of the murder on his iPhone

I'm not necessarily defending that result, but like. . .

EDIT: . . . in fact, I think I will defend that result. If you lend your car for the purpose of a mere armed robbery, and the result is worse, I don't understand why you would be protected from the result of the crime you facilitated.

Also lol @ not negotiating a plea deal, but whatever.
If the wiki article is accurate it was originally a burglary. Murder weapon was found in the house and 18 yo daughter victim was likely not expected to be at home or planned on easily overwhelming her.

I don't like the felony murder rule in general but that is the extra step of separation that makes this case extra sickening to me. Even if he knew they were going to steal some drugs no one could foresee that result when they weren't carrying.

And that might not even be the craziest part of the case:

"The safe had belonged to Christine Snyder. The police found a pound of marijuana in it, and, after her daughter’s funeral, she was sentenced to three years in prison for possessing it."

Gotta love Florida.

This is obviously speculation, but the reason there were no charges in the previous shooting was that the guy who was shot refused to cooperate with the police.

When the victim wont say anything and there's no other evidence, not much the police can do, and not much of a story for the media to cover. Think of it from the chair who makes that decision at ESPN, you are gonna drop an attempted manslaughter allegation against a pro athlete with evidence that shaky? They need more to go on that that

Sounds like the bullet ricocheted off his arm and into his eye- dude wasn't willing to finger hernandez or talk to the cops, but still wanted compensation for losing his eye. And when it wasn't forthcoming, he filed the suit and would forget about it for some kind of settlement. AH and the guy he shot in Feb left a club in Miami in the same car, total guess but I'd say AH was threatening him in some way, pulled out a gun to prove his point, not only goes off accidentally but ends up hitting him in his eye, which AH never intended. The dude won't finger AH to the cops, that never happens, but still feels aggrieved. Hence no police investigation, but still a lawsuit
