Hernandez illegally owned multiple weapons which the police recoved after searching his house and property

The murder weapon which was identified in his possession before and after the murder, hasn't been recovered yet

@ the shell casing being left in the rental car when they returned it. Doesn't the evidence suggest he wasn't shot until after he go out of the car? And AH was just in the driver's seat shooting him a few times? Or is it possible AH just threw a shell casing under the seat after the killing? looool either way

i don't know anything about guns except what i've seen on TV/movies, but if they're saying the guy was shot basically as he was getting out of the car, i imagine that a couple shells could have kicked back inside. so they found 1 when they cleaned up after, but missed 1 in the car. that part is kinda weird, but it's happened before (see: Juice dropping bloody gloves errrywhere)

His friends tried to get rid of the gun under a car.
is that something they saw on camera or something? And his friends realized prob not a great place to hide the murder weapon.

It's Jamie Sultan.

he could be standing in front of the door and the casing flew back over his shoulder into the car

The prosecution suggests that Hernandez's buddies rolled on him

per deadspin:

Quote:
The prosecution's extremely detailed timeline contains exchanges and information that could not have been picked up by any surveillance camera, so it seems likely that someone involved in the incident has spoken to police. (There is a sworn affidavit, but both the defense and the prosecution have agreed that it should be sealed.)

He's like such a ridiculous lock to be guilty. Seems likely he'll spend the rest of his life in prison. Kind of annoying how long this story/trial is going to drag out for.

Absolutely hilarious if true. Just imagining one of his buddies laying flat looking under a car. "Nahhhh, let's not hide a murder weapon here."

Probably hasn't been said enough but every police officer involved in this investigation deserves a big round of applause. They didn't allow the media to dirty this, they kept everything under wraps extremely well and they made sure they put this thing together like a puzzle before they made their final definitive arrest.

Well played!

"Who would ever look under a car though?"
"Good point. Throw it under there. Oh wait - naw what? I seen these things move. I seen people get in these...these..cars. Then moments later they move, exposing anything that was previously underneath - such as oil stains - what-have-you."
"Aww shiii you know you right dawk. Let's throw it in that bush in Aaron's front yard. That thing never moves yo."

Yes, there is a real hierarchy of class when it comes to killing someone with a gun. What Aaron did - shoot a man in the head - is pure water trash level execution.

A gentleman murders by one shot to the heart.
