We are not releasing the charge against Hernandez until it is presented to the court. Again, he will be arraigned in Attleboro Court today

Dont know why but that makes me think charge could be worse than obstruction of justice.

I'm no legal expert but it seems like the PD has spent an exorbant amount of time investigating Hernandez for hin to just get a. OOJ charge. The fact that multiple squad cars came for the arrest and the time spent so far makes me think he's getting something worse. Also if it was just an OOJ, couldn't Hernandez surrender himself voluntarily and thus be spared the handcuff pics?

They said something about taking him in cuffs being a show of strength/payback because he wouldn't cooperate early on.

Apparently when the police showed up to arrest Hernandez at his house, he answered the door shirtless, so they threw an XL white T on him after they cuffed him

this is completely irrelevant. i live in the city, and they often send ~10 squad cars and w/e undercover cars that are in the area to simple disputes. sop imo.
