The Globe's reader base is homophobes, that's for sure. Boston is the most homophobic place I've ever had the misfortune of living.

There's a documentary on AH that just hit Netflix - it was pretty interesting as it filled in a lot of details of what was happening with him and what happened in his past. He had a lot of issues - a strict father, a stupid selfish mother, being gay (which I thought was just speculation), a terrible group of "friends", and CTE as a topper.
His phone calls from jail were pretty telling too.
It did say they abolished the law about being not guilty if you died while in the appeals process (abatement) - so he is officially guilty of murder to this day. I was wondering if that affected his payments from the Patriots.

Can someone tell me who would be the equivalent player to Aaro Hernandez in European football? Was he one of the best?

Are there any players in European football who are one of the top players at their position and have killed multiple people? That would be him.
