Irvin had a cop put a hit on him. No way Plax gets a spot over him.

Twitter would point out that just putting Harvin Marrison on the list is asking for trouble.

ETA- at least two people in this thread better start hiding.

"Under our system of justice, Aaron Hernandez is innocent of these charges, and he looks forward to his day in court," said his lawyers, Charles Rankin and James Sultan, in a statement.
This is as good as an admission of guilt. If the attorneys think there is any chance their client is actually innocent, they don't preface it with "In our system of justice"; they'd just say "he's innocent".

You also have Dave Meggett to return punts.

Also, who the **** looks forward to a day in court when you've just been indicted for a double murder?

"Oh goodie! I was hoping this day would finally come!"

Assuming we fill in the gaps with replacement levels players, how many wins does this team get with players at or near their primes next year
God damn wide receivers are deep. Sam Hurd def belongs in there over Plax

Irvin barely committed a crime tho. Oh noes, he smoked some crack. Yeah, that's not great, but it's hardly at the level of murder/rape or even illegal weapon possession, mainly because the latter is such an obvious charge in NY and soooo easy to avoid.

ITT ppl think NFL teams are totally fine letting murderers keep millions of dollars in bonus $$$ just as long as they get cap space back.

so chim lemme ask you, let's say the NFL snap gave them the cap space, do you think they would stop trying to recover the bonus $$$ from AH?

New Draft Idea:

We draft criminal athletes (all major sports) to play a game/event we choose (Something basketball/football/baseball players might all be good at) BUT the quality of the player you draft is proportional to the severity of their crime. Draft a murderer, get them at their prime. Draft a guy with a possession charge, get them after their decline.

Wait are we making the All-Time list or just the University of Miami alumni list?

Damn Aaron Hernandez/Ray Lew gotta be winners. Need to know where domestic violence and rape land because Kobe/Jkidd are pretty fluid athletes throughout many sports but I need at least some of their prime

I would think it would be pretty easy. Just find out where the felony falls on the typical scale. In my state, Class A Felonies are the worst, Class D the least severe.

In my state, domestic violence without mitigating factors, is a class A Misdemeanor. Gonna take a solid performance hit for that one. Probably best to rank the crime by the laws of the state in which it's committed. No idea where CO ranks DV tho.

Yeah, seems fair. If Marv is there (and in case he google's his name I want to be clear it was NEVER proven that he did anything wrong...ever. Great guy that Marv), Rape can be.

yep HURD definitely belongs over plax. can't forget the cocaine either.

“Did you want it all the way here, or in Dallas?” Juan said. “If we get it in Dallas it’s cheaper.” Then Juan named his price: “Veintidós.” Twenty-two thousand dollars per kilo. “How many we looking at?” How many kilos do you want?

“Right now?” Hurd asked. “I can do five, but I can do as many as—by next week, 10 in a week, all the time. Or more. … Thing is, I’ve never had nobody to provide it.”
