Kickoff changes passed.

Touchbacks now go to the 30, but it wouldn't surprise me if the average starting position is past the 30 when a return happens, so teams just end up being fine with touchbacks

Wasn't it the 35 with the XFL rules? I'd prefer that as more of a deterrent.

Avg. starting position after a kickoff is also a factor in deciding what to do in a 4th down situation when in field goal range.

Potential turnover on downs on the 5 yard line instead of kicking the FG sounds way better when your opponent would start on the 40 after a kickoff instead of the 15.

Since I’ve kinda used the nfl threads as my personal blog no reason not to keep that up

Tomorrow is my wedding day. Fiancé selected the day before Easter which is hilarious to me for a thousand reasons but not the least of which is a bunch of Christians/Catholics coming with an open bar like are you kidding me I have to wake up the next day at 5 am to place eggs

Downside is I’m going to miss the clempson/Bama game

Who gets up at 5AM to place eggs? Hadn't even thought about the possibility to get up early for that. I'll just do it 10mins before the kids are supposed to look for them.

The dumbest Easter egg hunt I ever saw was on a baseball field with all the kids being released from the home plate area at one time. And parents cheering and shouting instructions from the bleachers.

Also the most hilarious!
