The org just needs to admit it's a rebuilding year, but they are too proud of a franchise to do that and the fanbase wouldn't be happy with that. They need to fix the OL and then hope next year they can draft a QB (or maybe they get a late round QB who actually is good). They might also get lucky if Russ turns out to not suck (spoiler: they won't get lucky) and he can be their future QB for the next 3 years.

As low as I've been on the Steelers. This is definitely an upgrade for them.

Is it the best upgrade they could have had? We'll see.

I know he had a pretty good year last year but man, I don't think I'd pay him.

But, then again, Tony Pollard to Tennessee for 3/$24MM as well, so maybe that's just the market for decent RBs.

Wilkins to the Raiders. 4/$110MM

Sucks, but I didn't think Miami had a shot of keeping him especially when it sounds like they're definitely giving Tua a big contract.

Other than the circus that comes with dang3russ there’s really no downside here. Pickett is terrible, Russ can’t be worse and he’s getting the vet minimum. Only realistic option otherwise was trading for fields and at their respective costs I’d probably rather have Russ

Four years for a 36-year-old coming off an Achilles rupture is certainly something

4/180/100 for Kirk

Interesting that he took non guaranteed years.

Saquan to the Eagles for the Nick Chubb contract 3/37.5/25 or Sth. Chubb signed that when the cap was 20% lower

This one will be an interesting follow among the media football nerds. Paying a vet RB is generally eye rolled but Howie gets his nuts slurped constantly by them

He’s 35.

Still, I’ve seen enough Desmond Ridder red zone turnovers. Cousins represents the best possible move we could have made at QB for next year…. Barring drafting a QB who’s immediately good.

Congrats TJ!

Assuming Kirk is healthy you’ll have a more fun time watching your team this year

Kinda surprised Cousins didn't get the third year fully guaranteed. But maybe we'll find out it's becoming guaranteed if he's on the roster at the start of the 2025 league year.

Jacobs to the Packers; Aaron Jones to be released.

Interesting. I like Jacobs as a player but Jones played really well last season in the times I saw the Packers play

Guessing it’s a youth plus health move

Packers had been running a bit too competently the past year, seems like we're back to normal.

lol Kirk doubters as per usual

$13m per year for Gabe Davis seems like really bad business

I wouldn't trade him for less than a top 40 if I were the Bengals. SB equity is too big a thing. Patriots at 34 would be a nice spot for both teams. Tee would be a brilliant guy to pair with a rookie QB

really feels like the Bengals could have given him like a 2yr $40m extension last offseason to keep him there and happy for 24 and 25

Pittman Jr. 3/72 and Ziare 3/32 make me pretty happy. Maybe AR5 can stay healthy, who knows.

Higgins running away from Burrow, shame:

Really excited for the Falcons and especially how Cousins plays with Pitts, London and Bijan. Could be a lot of fun where the talent of Pitts and London is finally utilized correctly.

I'm trying to be positive on this one. He's a obviously talented.

I realize the options are limited and expensive but have the eagles done anything to mitigate losing cox and kelce? If not, who they have at rb seems irrelevant
