There have been at least 2 odd interference plays at 2nd base in the past week, both involving the infield fly rule. Each resulted in 2 outs. Here is one of them.

I think all 4 teams involved think that the situation needs to be addressed, as in both cases the interference was inadvertent.
Anyway, it seems really odd (and ironic) that you can get two outs any time that an infield fly rule is called.
Why doesn't MLB just call it a "dead ball" circumstance once an infield fly rule is called by an ump, and anything that preceded the call (except for catcher interference on the batter), or anything happening after the call (such as inadvertent interference with any fielder) is not penalized with an extra out.
