Side pool participants:

We need to codify and agree on what we’re going to do if a player misses a week. It’s a long season with holidays, and it’s going to happen.

I think there’s two options:

1) if you miss submitting a week, then your score that week is the lowest bot’s score

2) We could drop everyone’s lowest week out of the 18. This gives everyone one mulligan for the season.

I’m in favor of enacting both. Some might prefer just one or the other.

But I’d like to come to a consensus, before it becomes an issue.

I'm an either/or guy. Like #2 better.

If you do both, #2 needs to be limited to one week as well. If somebody gives up, having the lowest bot score sucks. But having zeroes across the board sucks more and should shame them into not quitting.
