PSA - the latest Ringer NFL show pod is a really good Chiefs v Bills v Bengals discussion that's mandatory for all the homers of those teams in here but was vg for non homers too

cliffs? theyre all similar caliber and those guys will come down to like 5 plays?

gotta give chiefs the edge tho, play in easiest division by far

Going to guess Michael Pittman Jr for absolutely no reason at all. I mean, if you're better on the Colts, you're betting on them to lose, so thats kinda rough.

Calvin Ridley apparently bet on the Falcons 5 different times, everytime for them to win.

Also to state the obvious, a lot of smart people bet on terrible teams to win if the odds are good enough. In the theoretical case that everyone bets on the favorite, at some points the odds would shift enough to make smart money come in on the other team.

Ridley got reinstated after a year, so that's probably the floor for whoever got busted here.

If he bet as much as the reports are saying, I’d set the suspension o/u at 2 years.

Ridley apparently bet close to 4 grand on multiple parlays involving Falcons games and was reinstated a year later. I have a hard time seeing how the NFL would win a grievance if they outright banned Rodgers for life. Should be easier to go the "indefinite, min 1 year" route again. Doesn't mean they have to reinstate him in 12 months.

If he’s betting on his team to lose then he’s ****ed. If he’s betting on them to win then it’s not gonna be life.

If he bet against the Colts in a game that he played in, he would never find another NFL team to sign him anyway.

But yes, that would be an obvious lifetime ban and might result in lawsuits.

Obviously he should be banned. The point I'm making is that the guy is 17 games away from signing an extention worth millions amd he pissed it away for a few $25 bets.
