Sure it might be riskier from an analytics perspective but he's really ****ing good and supporting a team with a great RB is really ****ing exciting. I don't disagree with this and I like Bijan, but it doesn't make sense money-wise. Wouldn't Miles Sanders have a similar contract?

According to Spotrac, in 2023 the total contract value for pick #10 is $22.6mil.

looking at odds, richardson is not shorter than +450 to be selected with any given pick in the top 10 (shortest is the #4), but he is -500 to be a top 10 selection, which makes me think the consensus is that someone moves up to grab him (obv choice for a team standing still is probably the raiders but they're basically putting gonzalez/wilson/johnson at the same price, witherspoon slightly longer, and then skoronski before you get to richardson)

So if you're picking outside the top10, as soon as only one of the top 4 QBs is left on the board you have to trade up into the top10 if you want to be able to grab that last one.

Based on my social feeds, people seem to have fun. I don't think any of them is in the front row though. To get there you had to arrive pretty early.
