The Titans at 11 would be happy to pick him or Levis if one of them is still available. Tannehill has only one year left on his contract, would be perfect timing.
So if you're picking outside the top10, as soon as only one of the top 4 QBs is left on the board you have to trade up into the top10 if you want to be able to grab that last one.
