My money is on it's not totally innocent. Good probability he either uses the word, thinks like that, had a Freudian slip, etc. ... instead of, admittedly possible, just a tongue-tied moment. Innocence is certainly increased by the realization that "negro" is also an off-limits word normally, so that could have confused him.

Let's face it. The Rangers have been on the awful side of things for about 8 years or so. I went into games thinking, we gonna lose, and be pleasantly surprised if they won a game.

Not getting my hopes up super high, but this team actually resembles a competent baseball team. Need a bit of help in the bullpen, but I think that is fixable with the talent available in the minors via trades. Finally fun to watch again.
