if the angels are only 3 games out when the trading deadline hits they're not trading him. Moreno clearly doesn't want to trade him and he can hang on to the sneak in the playoffs make the world series dream after what they Phillies did last year.

Also how on earth is Baltimore in first?

Bryan Reynolds is a fraud. It's too bad. lol Pirates need to offload this pretender ASAP. The rookie catcher - who somehow bested Reynolds' 0-4 tonight with an 0-5 - is already 10-times the player

Prolly one of the worst players in the bigs, since an electric 1st two weeks.

well I've given up on the Padres, but my first love, the Red Sox, are really surprising me. ok my first love was catwoman from that 60's campy batman series...no not quite that old but syndication I watched it in late 70's. 2nd love doing well. Lot of promising prospects stepping up.

"My instincts told me right off the bat that it was off the end," Duvall said. "I'm reading the outfielder. My goal is to get to second if it drops in front of him"

He clearly gave it some thought and came up with the correct plan. Considering the alternative was two runners on 1st at the same time.

Always good to get a glimpse of someone's decision making progress.

Kiki Hernández traded...really struggled this year both ways. .408 5hr in 2021 playoffs, gl.

for P Nick Robertson, top 50 prospect from Dodgers with some mlb experience. Got another AAA relief arm 26, could help.

Rangers vs. Astros got a little chippy in the 5th last night after Semien got hit intentionally earlier in the game by Valdez and then Valdez threw at Lowe's head before Astros' manager Dusty Baker changed pitchers.

In the 4th and 5th innings the Rangers scored 10 runs total after having 2 outs and nobody on in both innings. Semien Rangers 2nd baseman and Astros catcher Maldenado were ejected.

Rangers nursing a 2 game lead. Should be fun down the stretch and see what these teams do at the deadline.
