2u on Tampa to win cup at +125. Kicking myself for not betting it at beginning of series when +175 was available but they’re the best team left by far so getting plus money sounds cool to me.

Montreal has to win now because after this run so far they wont get rid of MB (and DD). A cup could lessen the pain during the upcoming seasons.

Price has been pretty mediocre this series too. Only 0.1 goals saved above expected, so he's been bang on average. It was 8.7 in the playoffs before, so he'd been stealing a couple games, but not vs. Vegas. Obviously he'd need to be red hot vs. TB if the Habs make it.

He's made some great saves, but also let in some softies that he wasn't before. Habs prob played best in Game 1, but couldn't score. Main reason it's 2-1 now is Fleury going full dumbarse.

Was going to let it go but had to say thanks for basically agreeing with me. Your contention is that the other "best" goalie ITL would be in the same position. Great, this I would assume would bring a level that is far from "mediocre"... which was my issue. Denigrating Price's role in this run just annoys the tf out of me, when it's just so completely obvious. Also I made a few posts during the season saying he could do exactly this again and sure enough. Remember the alternative is the team is carrying him. ahahahahhhahahah (made myself laugh)

"This run" implies the whole playoff run and I already said he was great in the first 2 series, wasn't downplaying that at all. "Mediocre" meant mediocre for Price, not all other goalies, which are mere mortals. Just felt like he's slipped in this series and hoping he returns to earlier form to give the Habs a much better chance of advancing, and the #s seems to back that up as well.

Some of these horizontal board bounces are a complete embarrassment. They are only boards fix them. This isn't the prairies in the 1970's, chain link fence (glass), no heat and all.
