Between the NHL and IOC not getting **** done and the Keith trade, our chances of having Draisaitl available for the next Worlds have risen dramatically in recent weeks.

Seems kind of dumb. All the cap hit savings are pretty much next year then it's back to cap hit hell. Maybe they somehow plan to be a contender next year?

Seems like a lock he'll be LTIRetired. Would be funny if he waited another couple of years and then retired, I think the habs would get a negative cap penalty?

He's due 6, 3, 1, 1, 1 $M in actual dollars. Don't think he leaves the 6M on the table. Imagine the contract will have some value with the big cap hit and no cash due.

Season just ended. Now we have expansion draft, then real draft, then a bunch of free agency signings, then season starts.

Haha yea juicy gamble. But would be a bit surprised if Seattle touched that, also apparently a 11M signing bonus due in Sept. But if they do take Price, then obv Habs sign Freddy and he takes habs to b2b finals.

Can't decipher that acronym but seems like only the habs are gaming ltir and expansion right now. They are probably pissed about being dummied by the cheating Bolts so figure if they can't beat em, join em.
