He was down, OJ Jurist.

An angle showed his ass down while his upper body was perpendicular with his lower body in a seated position. The other angle showed that only once that was no longer the case and his back was on the ground, did the ball cross

Such an anti-climatic ending. Arizona is such a fun team to watch play. If AJ just turned around that was a td. It really did look like he was blocking on that play which is so dumb considering I don't even think they had another receiver lined up over there. He must have gotten confused and thought they were still on the prior play call. It will be interesting to hear what happened there.

Respect to Hopkins in this game for basically coming in multiple times as a decoy in key situations even though he was hurt. Murray even threw a similar back shoulder throw to him on one of them for a key conversion.

I think he was laying down in tilt of his receivers mental mistake. He threw a perfect throw there. That isn't a great leadership response in that situation and he probably should have walked off the field and not shown it but I'd be really annoyed in that spot as well with my receiver.

caveat: the podcast where i got this info said they only have tracked point spreads back to 1978.

The Bengals have been 10+ pt faves on the road only two other times in franchise history:

1982 (strike shortened season): CIN -14.5 @ IND, CIN wins 20-17

1983: CIN -10 @ HOU, not sure about the result
