He's 15th in the league in ANY/A (Adjusted Net Yards/Attempt) and he's had fairly soft defenses. (KC, IND, DET).

Except that ANY/A doesn't actually describe what we were talking about - whether he throws short, "safe" passes as you incorrectly claimed, or longer, "riskier" passes, with a lower chance of completion. So, nice try at shifting the goalposts, but nah.

Also, you may want to click back on that link in a few hours, after it has been updated with the results of tonight's game. If my math is correct, Lamar will be ranked 5th in the NFL.

Doesn't include tonight's game.

He has the highest aDOT in the league by far this season in first four weeks (11.6, next closest is Rodgers at 9.7) and it's probably gone up even further after this week's games.

Reich is a horrendous playcaller. It's a meme at this point. He's got a kicker thats injured and TWICE opts to put the game down to 40 yard FGs.

If Lamar had broken one more run and gotten that rushing yardage over 100 in the game, it could be considered maybe the greatest game ever played in the NFL, if not for the 14 point turnaround gift, that is. A 140 rating, 400+ yards, 4 TD's no picks, 60 yards rushing, double-digit 4th Q comeback victory. No one has ever done that with 100 yards rushing, in fact maybe not with 60 yards rushing.

And anybody who quotes "yards per attempt" is fairly clueless at using meaningful stats. It's similar to using home run distance per plate appearance, instead of home run distance per home run. Yards per catch + completion % is much more meaningful.
