I think Chris Simms pulled that out of his ass and the Cowboys and Dak said it wasn't true.

Looks like later Jerruh said he got offered top five money, that was prior to Mahomes/Watson. He probably saw he was being offered Goff/Wentz money, laughed his ass off and hung up

Imo Dak won’t sign for anything less than $40m per year at this point and potentially fully guaranteed.

He’s clearly doing this to play the long game and get to FA and it seems illogical to capitulate now when he’s so close

They have two weeks to tag him, but they also don't have nearly enough cap space this year. Gonna be hilarious when they have to shuffle a bunch of stuff around, tag him, he balls out, then they're in an even worse position
