Yeah, the Bellinger thing is just a head scratcher. I know the rules, but I've never seen anything like that ever. I've seen plenty of players running past each other on the bases, but not on a homerun. I mean don't the umpires bare some responsibility for not calling it? Just weird.

Seems like the white sox get their drama lessons from Brazilian football. I wonder how many fans in the stand die via heart attack or suicide when they lose in the world series

Why is this 2nd day always a short schedule? I wouldn't want to create the schedule, but someone with half a brain could not piss off baseball fans on the second day of every season.

That's clearly a 7 way parlay, if I'm not smart enough to count that high, I'm probably not smart enough to correctly predict even 6 winners! SChlitz used to post to correct answers before the games started though, and doesn't seem to be doing that **** anymore so I'm on my own.

As a general rule I don't care at all about the All Star game so I don't care where (or for that matter if) they stage it. I won't attend or watch or otherwise pay any attention regardless.

It's business decision and one I personally would not have made but I don't run MLB ldo.

I always assumed it was in case there was inclement weather on Opening Day. I think most of the teams scheduled to be off the 2nd day (historically) are in locations subject to s**tty spring weather.
