Griffey jr 29th
paul oneil 64th

Some of the other top 10 have been posted in this thread recently. Some may be surprising, but still modern players that put in 20+ years, bighurt was the only one that didn't.

edit: the guy tied with Pujol was a Major league manager after only putting in 19 years as a player(never knew he was born and died in Austin).

Mark Grace surprisingly high at 36th.

'm sure some of you already looked at the list, but Pujols is tied for 11th on the career Sac Fly list. Sac flies and hitting to the right side of the field with a guy on second is a meaningful skill.

They're all modernish players, and played close to or over 20 years.

1. Eddie Murray
2.Ripken
3. Robin Yount
4.Nugenix Hurt Thomas
4.
6.George Brett
7.

Hard to figure out all who were guessed.

Sheffield is one guess
How about Matt Williams
Was Bagwell guessed?
Vlad?
Winfield (might have already been guessed)

My instant first guess was going to be Murray, so happy to see he was 1st.

. This one may not get closed out, but I think a couple of the names came up in the past week here.

edit: too much searching. Will Clark 32nd, My mind went Matt Williams for some reason for Will the Thrill even though I grew up watching him on the Rangers.

Yeah I think Murray being the all time leader for this was something that I've come across before, I didn't remember it specifically but it didn't surprise me at all and his name came to me in the first group I thought of.

I just randomly decided to look at the all time triples leaders, and it's funny that only one guy in the top 20 has a colour photo.

Only 4 active players have over 50 triples. Anyone want to guess that?

1. Dexter Fowler, 82
2.
3.
4.
5. Andrew McCutchen, Mike Trout, 49
7. Blackmon, 48

Modernish is throwing us off the most obvious one.

Hint: Sac Flies started being tracked in 1954.
