Let's Go White Sox! There was a lot of concern that Rodon's velocity wouldn't be there today but he was pumping 99's in the first inning. When he is on he is the ace of this staff, hope he holds up!

gg Astros, they played, hit and pitched way better this series. I guess I am rooting for the Brew Crew now but that doesn't look good either. Most entertaining WS would be Astros/Dodgers just for the drama

The ball bounced off his glove not off the turf it looked like. It bounced from the tip of his glove into the webbing without touching the ground. Maybe. OR: not reviewable.

Catches being reviewable in outfield but not infield doesnt make the first bit of sense.

Ok, Aaron Ashby (Brewers reliever) is a look alike for somebody famous. I think his doppelganger even plays baseball. Can't figure it out and it's driving me nuts.

I luv the lookalike game and have played it all over the country at poker tables. Very fun. I've always had the predilection to spot them. In psych class textbook once I was reading about brain regions, and it described a region involved in unscrambling letters, also involved in facial recognition, called the fusiform gyrus a.k.a. something like occipital temporal gyrus. I was a real Jumble aficianado so I perked up. Then the text said this area is also involved in facial recognition and lookalike comparisons. My jaw dropped open. Both "talents" were me, explained perfectly by the text.

neither do lots of other things, like 5 game playoff series, the 2 best teams playing each other in the first round, the braves getting home field in the nlcs if the dodgers win game 5 etc etc

The exit velo and launch angle indicated it should be a HR at least 85% of the time. The ball literally blew back and the OF needed to come back and reach forward to catch it.

Two balls the Dodgers hit in Game 3 should have been HR's in any other day than the SF wind the giants brought to Dodger stadium.

Looks like the Dodgers burned some sage before game 4, and cleared out SF's devil voodoo magic they've been using all year.
