Agree KD is a pretty clear #1 for a three year deal. Might be close in ability to a couple others but I think the easiest to build around by a fair amount.

Is KD going to ever have a better season than last's or the ones before his inury? Would bet against that. About to turn 33.

Tendency seems you get to ball at a high level much longer than before so I can see him maintaining the level for the first couple years but not sure I'm that confident in his 35 years old version vs some of the younger guns which are yet to reach their ceiling.

I'm pick #4 and am in Euroland (= sleep time soon), what do I do with my pick?

welp, kind of wanted the challenge of picking third since i feel like there's an obv top tier with 2 guys. plus in the last draft i took the guy who is the somewhat consensus next pick.

KD will be 33,34,35 for this. Modern era athletes seem to be keeping top level athletic ability into late 30's across multiple sports. KD is 6'10 and is an all-time great level shooter. Losing a little speed won't effect his game like it does to other player types. Age regression is a pretty minimal concern. Wouldn't surprise me if he got even better at shooting.

The League made teams list official heights a few years ago. KD is official at 6'10" unless you think the Nets would doctor the results (definitely possible, not sure how serious teams took it)

i can't PM you due to new account.

I have Giannis at the top of my board. If you do too (and Cina's list has him top as well), I think it's fair to give him to Daro as the consensus pick, and hope he taps back in before round 2 (and if not I'll figure out a contingency).

if not, i'll just take Giannis at midnight and we'll mark in the sheet that Daro was skipped.
