i don't mind a bit of fighting at training, particularly during camp when you're tired, hot etc...but guessing it must have been more than that too

so landing a great young qb on underpriced rookie contract (or use sorcery to retain veteran qb on below market contract) has become a must to become a title contender

the strategy to reinvest the surplus salary in elite d-linemen seems to have been taken to its logical extreme (jerry jones, the canary in the coal mine of nfl bubbles, has assembled a horde of A-listers)

any guesses what the next frontier of successful team building strats will be? signing washed up fashion icons on 1yr prove it contracts?

What makes me smh though are the journos writing ‘defensive player of the year candidate Derwin James’. The dude was already coming back from a 12 month layoff

And don’t get me started on how Kyler Murray is getting blown by everyone in the media but Minshew is effectively being written off as a tanking tool, despite Minshew outperforming Murray on every passing stat (and the Josh Allen stats of WINS) except comp percentage and not being far behind him on rush yards per att

Yannick agrees to give up over 6 million (FL no income tax vs MN) and florida weather for minnesota weather just to get the hell out of jacksonville.

also I *think* this means the entire starting Jacksonville defense that got them to the 2017 AFC championship game is no longer with the team.

edit--did myles jack start that year? He'd be the only starter left if so.
