Suzzer where you at? Get back in here and don't be a ****y. Tell these guys to **** off.
It really just comes down to taste. Except BBQ. KC is clearly best - for which I appeal to noted authority Tony Bourdain:

Quote:
People may disagree on who has the best BBQ," Bourdain wrote. "Here, the brisket (particularly the burnt ends), pulled pork, and ribs are all of a quality that meet the high standards even of Kansas City natives. It's the best BBQ in Kansas City, which makes it the best BBQ in the world.
BOOM. Carolina, Texas and Memphis are worthy competitors.

St. Louis thinks they have a BBQ style which is just lol. Stick to Italian food.

Is the Chefs strategy to only field 25 players because they can't afford to pay for more than that?

I'm pretty sure Mahomes has to play 2 positions now. Plus his dedication to the city and state push people much harder than your average qb.

pretty sure moving forward it's Mahwallet, as in Pat Mahwallet or Patrich Mahwallet.

considered Mamansions and Maestates, but prefer the other.

Imagine being so out of touch and so invested in the rightwing portrayal of "the PC Police" as to read this WaPo headline and then seriously think this and then seriously go post about it

the problem with Potted Meats is your're technically required to call them Potted Meat Food Products, and that doesn't exactly roll off the tongue (and in my case will never touch the tongue).

one of my favorite images ever and yes this is a real thing

They're going for a run while the iron is hot. They're in perfect position to make a repeat run and in pretty good shape in 2021 and 2022. Breeland and Watkins both came back for team-friendly deals. By 2023 I think it's Mahomes, Butker and a couple other guys not on easy to jettison final contract years.

Which would all be ****ing brilliant if we were actually going to have a season.

I love how every single person on 2+2 (except me) completely hated Sammy Watkins for ever and ever but now he's a hero

Re: 2020 NFL off season

He's come through in the postseason 2 years in a row. But he sure can disappear in the middle of the season.

Let us never forget who wound up with this set of skill players:

Joe Mixon
Julio Jones
Michael Thomas
Travis Kelce
Sammy Watkins

Even with Old Man Rivers, Josh Allen (QB) or TROOOBZ throwing to them these guys are going to dominate. Ok not Troobz. But Rivers and Allen can make it work. We're working on transplanting Rivers brain into Allen. Early results are promising.

Re: barbecue, when I lived in NC

North Carolina barbecue sauce (usually for pulled pork) is vinegar-based

It's like taking tender pulled pork and dipping it in battery acid, I'll never understand why people like that... and INSIST that it's better than other regions.

Washington should go with the Veeps for their new nickname.

Sure, they're part of the show, but hardly ever relevant.

I like vinegar-based sauce a lot as a change of pace only.

Some of the best bbq I've had has been in NC, but for widely available and consistently good bbq I've got Memphis and KC in a dead heat.

Not going to be annoying and list off all my reasons why, but I do have a 2,500+ square foot finished basement. Can't find those in California!
but you live in kansas... What do you do for fun, go to church?

I'd really like to know what internet forum posters do for fun living in Los Angeles that they can't do in KC

Not even trying to be insulting. Genuinely wondering, and wishing to learn
