I'm not for jailing people over weed but when you're already a millionaire (supposedly) and you get caught with that much your dumbass deserves a jail sentence. It ain't a drug problem, hes trying to help his boys get rich.

I'd claim people were threatening ne and my family. He'll get 6 months and 5 years probation with a 5,000$ fine if it's his first offense

I dont know the market today cause I quit smoking plus all the legalization but 10-15 years ago a lb of weed for 1k would be schwag. Unless you bought 157lbs of it. On his drug run genius decided to drive through El Paso County, which is close to the border. The Border Patrol has checkpoints on the interstate there and they also have drug sniffing dogs.

I heard on the radio he hired an Uber driver he knew to do most of the driving, along w he and his homey. They would not let him look in the trunk and briefed him to avoid BP checkpoints, which apparently made dood very nervous.

Ignoring the stupidity of the enterprise in the first place, he probably would have been OK if he’d gone a ways north instead of I-10.
