I still think the league came down on garrett too hard and too soft on rudolph. Rudolph attempted to rip off garrett's helmet, then kicks him in the balls and then runs after him making it a 3 on 1.

Garrett shouldn't have ripped off rudolphs helmet and hit him in the head with it, but when a guy tries to rip off your helmet you should get some leniency for doing the same to him and yes he swung the helmet at him but it was a 1 on 3 situation.

I also agree with him.

In fun hypotheticals, which team picking up Brady would make the most people salty?

I would die a happy man if GB picked him up and Rodgers was the backup and Brady gets them to the Super Bowl against NE where he intentionally loses and him and Billy B sail away on Rings IX

Big Ben gets injured and Brady steps in and oh so delicately makes him his ***** till the playoffs and Ben plays and chokes harder than he did to that girl in his room.

Tommy and Baker get caught being ski polled together behind Outback the day before winning the AFC North.

Gruden and Brady do lines of coke daily at Omnia while beating Mahomes and Lamar then losing to Comeback Luck in the AFC championship.

Brady backs up Josh while Buffalo goes 7-9 and misses the playoffs.

All exciting possibilities!

Some people were saying he might go to SF which would be crazy. He will go where there's money and talent. Belichek is cheap af so he won't pay Tom. Expect Tom to go elsewhere. Right now its looking like Vegas, SF or Dallas. Tom in cowboys outfit would be so bad.

Pretty smart play.
Yeah except if Rudolph actually did say what he said, him being a ****** jock I would assume highly probable he said what he did.

Yeah I'd bet a ton of money at evens that Rudolph said something racist

Although Tony Romo commentating on the SB that Brady wins for double J would be amazing. Gimme one of those.

if he said what garret says he said, then surely the two other players standing there would have heard it.

there's also a conspiracy about the nfl hiding evidence going around. if the nfl had recordings of it they surely would have thrown mason rudolph under the bus in an easy PR win of taking a stand against racism and saving the superstar over the at best career backup with a short career trajectory.

there's no logical way to argue that rudolph deserved more AND garrett deserved less. if rudolph deserved a game or two Garrett easily deserved a season.

It was only his guys around though wasn't it. They got their guys back and will not hear it if he said anything.

I think Garrett 7, Rudolph 2 feels about right. Make it so.

$50k fine for Rudolph was appropriate: he reacted to being hit late by grabbing at the helmet of the tackler (on top of him) for a moment, then after the tackler grabbed his facemask and pulled up repeatedly until it came off, he ran at him for another moment before being hit in the head with the helmet.

Rudolph's role in the altercation is analogous to NBA players who push and grab at each other but with a teammate in-between. "Hold me back!". Myles Garrett is the only person to deserve a suspension, because he's the only one who violated "Hold me back!" norms.

I don't think either Brady or Belichick will leave the other....neither will want to see the other succeed with him. So I think they retire together.

But obviously, the Patriots without Brady give the Bills a leg-up on the division. Next year's schedule is tough for the AFC East, though, so you never know.

The Bills have the tallest running back in the league in Allen.

Anyone interested in an offseason tipsters comp.

It works kind of like PEEHS but each question only has one answer. Each question is worth 10 points shared among who gets it right. So if lots of people get the question right it is worth less points per correct answer.

Example questions.

1) Who starts at QB Week 1 for the Chargers
2) Who does Rivers sign for for 2020 (can pick retirement)
3) What is the AAV for Bradys next contract rounded to nearest Million.
4) Who does Tua play for next year.
5) Who will the NFL pick to play against the Chiefs week 1

And so on with the last questions being about week 1 of the NFL season.

All answers answered in next few weeks before FA starts.

Let me know if keen and if enough interest I will run it.

i'd be interested but only if we play for fun or very low stakes - if any more than a few bucks on the line I'd force myself to take it way too seriously because I'm a life nit
