Dirty move by Hamilton, no way that wasn't intentional. He left Albon with no space at all. I will be rooting for Bottas all season, because it's pretty clear it will be Mercedes again taking all the championships.

Happy to see Norris on the podium. He's such a likeable guy.

Also hopeful what Williams showed. I want to see Russel grab his first points this year.

The three lol's this race are for Red Bull, Haas and Vettel

yea probably intentional but brundle pointed out that albon had a pretty straightforward race win if he had shown a bit of patience. was clearly a lot quicker than ham, who was in turn quicker than bottas. albon shouldnt have put himself in a position to get dirtied

i suppose the counter argument is that he was on buttery soft tyres which might've disintegrated if he stayed behind ham for another lap or two but **** he seemed so much quicker i dont think it would've mattered

That was a rare sight with 2 minutes to go in Q1. Mercedes 1-2 followed by a Williams 3rd.

Not sure what they have done with the Red Bull car, but they seem pretty ****ing bad this weekend.

I wonder how long Red bull will stick with Albon over Gasly. Gasly looks to be a far better qualifier than Albon and if Gasly can qualify top 6 consistently that any lack of racing ability compared to Albon will be mitigated by where he starts in the race. He had severe issues with his Honda engine yet still made Q3 where Albon didn't and instead blamed the team for sending him out in traffic over the team radio. Not wise to do when a position at the Red bull team is so volatile.

No changes next year with regulations so wouldn't be surprised if it will be Mercedes 1-6. Red Bull is not going to make up the difference. They never start the season right.

I think any other driver on the planet in Max' spot would have finished 3rd behind Bottas, except Lewis

All those discussions that are and will be about who is the better driver currently (Max/Lewis), we will probably never find out because they will never compete in the same package. Which is a damn shame.

The championship this year is a done deal imo. HAM..BOT.........VER. I would be surprised if things turn out differently

We will have to extract our amusement from midfield battles which are far more interesting
