He's a good player but is he really worth 80-100m that they'll probably want?

He probably goes for a chunk more than 50m tbh, especially if it's not United, since we have a 20-25% sell on clause.
He could have 0 lifetime games on RW and be better than Lingard + 2019 Mata/Sanchez.

The only player with enough quality going forward for us is Martial and he doesn't GAF basically ever. Lingard/Rashford/Mata/Sanchez/Lukaku can all do one.

I am afraid Atletico will want to spend the Griezmann money on Laca or Auba

Looks like they might be going after Icardi. The combo of him and his wife seem like a royal pain in the ass.

there is a lot of reason to believe that he won't have much longer
just compare him to players with similiar attributes (only outstanding ones are pace+movement without the ball)

Once his pace goes(and it wont be long) he will become a liability because his link-up/dribbling/passing/hold-up ain't good enough then

What age is aguero? I agree he's not the best on the ball but still see no reason at all to believe a 29 year old is about to fall of the cliff physically

aguero is much more all-around being very good at dribbling, balance, touch, link-up, back to goal as well as finishing/movement. doesn't really rely on pace

auba is more a "off the ball guy" with pace, movement, poaching
his all-around game isn't good enough which is why he sucks as the lone striker tbh

Simeone is liable to just headbutt his Mrs though.

I was wondering before why noone wanted to go for Icardi from the big guns... Then I read about his personal life

Ok my Arsenal friends, we have our first big "Benzema selfie on a plane" signing. Ziyech auf Ajax has been confirmed to leave his club this summer and he has previously said that Arsenal and Barca are the two clubs he dream of playing for. This is a slam dunk. I'll treat is as #confirmed.

I know apparently 50 million is nothing these days, but who is spending that money on Zaha? Can't see a continental club doing it, Chelsea can't, Mun apparently won't, City don't need him, Arsenal and Spuds can't afford him. Liverpool?

idk, maybe no one would but I can't see Palace settling for 75% of 50m for him when he has a contract until 2023. He would have to be a real **** about it and go on strike at least before they do that.

We can surely get better and younger players than Zaha from mainland Europe for half the price most likely. He has failed with us once. Let's not go there. Let's actually buy players who's ceiling is not a squad player in a Europa League team going forward maybe.

No chance he goes to Liverpool. Everything that I have read regarding Liverpool transfers this summer is that there will be a very modest outlay. I'm guessing that we'll be bringing in 2-3 young backups. One for the front 3, a LB and a GK.

I feel like Zaha is very similar to Lukaku. Very good players but not quite good enough to make it at the very top level.

I'm pretty meh on the Zaha news fwiw. But all the reports that he's told Palace he wants out means he has an offer on the table and I don't see him at City/Plop and not sure Arsenal would pay what Palace are asking. Chelsea have a transfer ban + Pulisic and can maybe keep CHO if Hazard leaves and he get's games. So Spurs/Utd make sense and it just wouldn't shock me given the SAF/Ole link either.

I think Raz is being a super harsh on Zaha with that assessment.

Ziyech would be awesome. I can't really remember a single good winger besides Alexis in the past decade.
