There are definitely going to be a lot of holes to fill, with not that much money to fill them. They could cut SWat to save $14m, but that creates another hole, & would mean that they would have paid SWat 2/$34m.
Right now they have $54m for next year, minus Clark (& like $4m-$5m for this year's draft picks).
It will be interesting to see how they manage it. It's doable, but I think they're going to end up being spread thinner than necessary. To Vincent's point, it's easy to maneuver around the cap, in the short term, but in the long term it can really catch up to teams.
