"Prosecutors have offered New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft and several other men a deal in which charges would be dropped for soliciting prostitution, a source told the Wall Street Journal on Tuesday.

But there is a catch: Kraft and the other men would have to review the evidence and admit they would have been proven guilty at trial, the paper reported."

Guy was a legend when I was at Penn State. The entire university went nuts when he sacked Troy Smith, leading to a huge upset over Ohio State. Felt like the ground shook when it happened.

Such a shame to see young guys dealing with this.

Possibly. But by then, society will have found another fix for violent sporting events.

Go back 500 posts or so and knock yourself out: http://www.chiefsplanet.com/BB/showthread.php?t=321853

Apparently some of the chiefsplaneteers are talking to some members of the fiancee's family.

*SUPPOSEDLY* - the first police call on 3/5 was from her parents because they thought Tyreek and Crystal went out leaving the grandkid at home. But when cops got there - Hill's parents were babysitting him. Why that needs a police report I'm not sure. Does every dispatch call result in a police report?

So the second call on 3/15 is also supposedly from someone in her family - accusing someone (Tyreek I assume) of breaking the kid's arm back in January.

I have no idea what to believe about the kid's arm. But I do believe they're actually talking to her family - based on twitter stuff that seems verified. And it does seem her family hates Tyreek and his family.

Was at that game. Pretty sure that was the first Paternoville. I was 2 rows from the field. Maybe the greatest sporting event I’ve ever been to.

Weird time to be a Packers fan. Matthews and Cobb both gone. Best of luck to them!

And not much of a loss tbh. Both would have been fine coming back on small deals but Matthews especially just got overpaid.

Yeah, it was probably time to move on, but it feels odd. First Jordy and Kuhn, now those two.

It depends on which friend he's having a party for I suppose. For their birthday some friends may prefer a room full of kids that need discipline while other friends may be more interested in women who are top heavy as they are easier to push over.

Hard to say how much is CTE and how much might be due to underlying psych issues, but I"d guess the CTE at a minimum didn't help. It's kind of horrifying how little we still understand the basic science of brain function and injury. It sounds like the guy was a complete workaholic in terms of football, and the evidence is pretty good that it's not the big dramatic hits that get you, it's the hundreds/thousands of low grade dings that do the real damage...

Tamba Hali always came off to me as incredibly smart and level-headed. So this seems like either something like late-onset schizophrenia or CTE.

Saints signing Jared Cook.

I look forward to him going 9-175-2 in the opener and everyone thinking they struck fantasy gold, followed by 600 yards over his next 15 games.

I'd defer to your judgement - don't know much about him. It's a very sad situation for sure. Late onset schizophrenia is certainly possible, though - what role traumatic injuries may have played in it is of course impossible to say.

He seems like he racked up a metric **** ton of head injuries, from the looks of it, though.

Brain injury would rule out schizophrenia.
