Lol@RJ Barrett being the #1 pick, Barrett most likely struggles to score,defend or do anything in his rookie year in the NBA while nobody can stop Zion as he's bigger, stronger and more athletic at age 18 than everybody in the nba at his position haha. I think i take Zion at age 18 over the brow at age 18 as well.

cam reddish benefiting from some diverted attention obviously, but he's shooting 8 3s at game in 22mins and looks like a good shooter. preseason talk was that he's streaky, and his form looks better now than the highchool footage

hs footage also shows him with pretty good handle, eurosteps, athleticism, passing - none of which he'll get to show off much at duke if barrett keeps up the chuckmode all year. but if he's actually a really good spot up shooter he looks like a really good prospect, high floor high ceiling type of dude

Hachimura was very impressive against Dook and pretty much made Barrett his *****.

20 Pts, 7 Rebs, 5 Asts, 3 Blks (likely all blocks were against Barrett).

that pass at 1:45 is exceptional. all he's missing is the Tim Duncan bank shot.

bol bol looking the goods so far - huge block rates and nice offensive touch. some of the floaty stuff he puts up doesn't seem sustainable in the nba but who knows with his length. fair to say he's probably a bit soft but even if he can really only shoot and finish he should still be v valuable, and it looks like he can do both those things fairly well

one observation on his shot though, his release is lower than it could be. doesn't look as unblockable as porzingis for example despite similar height

was thinking - who has the most unblockable shot in the nba? it's not porzingis imo because while he is huge, his release isn't quite as high as it could be

lamarcus aldridge comes to mind, and yao was up there in all time terms. kaj probs the correct answer but the skyhook feels like cheating, i am more thinking reasonably conventional jumpshot form

Staps should be unblockable, except refs never calls foul when he's hit on the elbow. That's the only defense he gets, getting hit in the elbow every shot
