The worst thing about the Coyle goal was the challenge. It was a hand pass, then Mrazek covered it, but he obviously touched the puck before Coyle scores so wtf are you challenging? You can’t challenge that him covering the puck should have been a whistle.

Challenge should have been for goalie interference.
Brind'amour said during press conference that ref asked him what he was challenging for, hand pass or goalie interference.

**** you. Boston sucks. The calls that went your way today were ridiculous.

But I wouldn’t expect any less from Boston fans, who are second worse to philly fans. The entitlement factor is disgusting.

The ref wouldn’t tell him the decision on the ice that led to the goal. What’s he supposed to do? Absolutely ridiculous.

And to be clear, it was a bush league play by Boston that was clearly goalie interference. To be blunt, it was dangerous what those ass holes did once the puck was covered. Too bad Rod didn’t get to watch hundreds of replays before making his challenge.

I do hear what you are saying as the marquee talent isn't quite there but you could easily say all those players are underrated. Starting with Perron who just whipped in a high skill goal and might the most underrated player itl. O'Reilly is just about the best def forward who can score itl. Schwartz is high end and super tricky. TarasenkGOAT speaks for itself. Sunquist is super dangerous and an up an coming star. Even Schenn is an improved player. It's all they need to win with Binnington and a top3 defence.

That being said I like the Canucks to give them trouble.

I can see both sides on the Coyle goal but I'm not sure what Brindamour is mad about, he's gotta challenge a specific call, so what? He can't be like "please look at the sequence since the last stoppage and see if you find an infringement"

Refs called it a goal so obv they thought it was neither a hand pass nor GI. Why would the Canes be able to challenge two controversial calls for the price of one?
