I was good with the anchor before the ban. But, if you're going to ban it, then just outlaw that length of putter and solve the problem imo.
Touching is allowed, just can't anchor it. Fine line for sure. But they shouldn't have waited 2 years to ban it, just creates nothing but problems on the amateur level.

There's a reason why tour players would rather be in a bunker than the rough. Nice firm base of sand is stupid easy to play from if you let the club work for you instead of against you like most amateurs.

Different swing with the irons vs. the driver. Shaft in the driver makes a big difference as well.

Let's not forget Padraig Harrington who won 3 of 6 majors in 2007-08 and then obviously won no more majors after. I think there's a big difference between Koepka and Harrington, but it's worth mentioning.
