This kind of thinking, based on having watched zero minutes of European basketball, is why guys like Doncic get drafted third and traded away for Trae Young. Doncic's Madrid team would probably beat the Hawks in a best of 7.

on zach lowes podcast a couple months back, people who knew euroleague better than me said that real madrid would be a favorite over ~5 NBA teams (ATL MEM PHX ORL DAL)
