I like the Indiana fit for Love as well. Feels like that is the type of team that is going to be able to best utilize him. A 2nd-3rd tier type of team that can't really get anyone better. The best teams just can't/won't pay him 25m+.

Indiana, Portland, NO, Washington would be the best fits I think.

Trailblazers are in another **** tax situation with 12.5 under the tax to either resign or replace Nurkic, Davis, Napier and Connaugton

Raptors are already 2.2 million over the tax without resigning FVV.

Wizards are 1.8 over without resigning Mike Scott.

Its not gonna be cheap to dump contracts this summer. If the Lakers miss on LeBron they should definitely consider passing on PG at 30% of the cap and just get a ton of picks being the other teams dumping ground.

What do you do with Randle if you don't get LeBron/PG? He won't come cheap, probably 25m+ even with the cap restraints teams have.

I think it depends what you think 2019 FA is going to look like, if Kawhi/Klay are avail then you probably pay PG so you have a piece in place when you try to lure them. PG being in place would go a long way towards getting another big name FA.

If you think no one worth maxing is going to be avail then maybe you pass on PG.

They know a few people will bite on it so they just throw it out there.

Lines like "Where is LeBron going?" aren't really striving for the same efficiency as game lines.

I wouldn't bet 5 American dollars on Knicks +750.

Knicks at best will have 20 mil cap space this offseason. They're aiming to hit (and likely miss) big in 2019 and 2020 offseasons.

Love to the Knicks for a future first and salary filler would be lovely.

Obligatory Superbad reference:

You think Randle is going to get 25 a year?

That seems crazy to me. Despite being talked about for a while now people are still going to be surprised how little money is out there this summer. If someone offers him 25 then you wish him good luck. A destination like the Lakers shouldnt be wasting 25% of the cap on Julius Randle.

IDK what you do with him generally. If his rights arent renounced hes probably not getting an offer sheet from other teams tbh. So you probably just do your best in negotiating vs yourself. Not sure what kind of contract that should lead to.

And good point on the free agency situation. I was probably too anti PG anyways. Hed likely have trade value anyways. Look at Blake.

It's gonna be tight but Randle is gonna be a top FA.

Would think he can get paid by a Dallas or Chicago. Only takes 1 team.

Maybe 20-22ish is closer to what he gets. Can't see it being much lower than that.

K.Love going to Phoenix, Utah or most likely OKC. K.Love swap for Melo + picks, K.Love teams up again with his old teammate from college days in Westbrook.

If Kyrie gets traded to Boston for their #9 pick,(lol Knicks) does J.Brown become expendable? If Kyrie & Knicks really want that trade i could see J.Brown get traded to move up in the draft to get Bamba & Celtics taking Mikal/Miles bridges to fill J.Brown role.

Take away Snyder & Utah has the #1 pick in this years draft. Coach Bud will probably make the Bucks have the #1 seed going into the playoffs into the east. The Bucks is alot more talented than his old Hawks team & he took them to the eastern conference finals & made Teague & Korver into allstars, wtf you think he's going to do to Middleton & Giannis? I predict Giannis being the MVP next year & this team winning 60-65 games.

As a Warriors fan and after a tough season, I hope we spend the offseason sorting out our weakness and get an All-Star center.

I still believe in Mario Hezonja, he had his best year this season & the Magic decided to not pickup his option. I assume he will ball out next year for another team & the Magic probably doesn't even resign Aaron Gordon & he becomes an allstar next season & the Magic just continues their run as the worst organization in sports.
