SA +500 seems ok, is he really < 16.67% to re-sign or SA takes it into the season?

If you have LeBron, Kawhi and PG do you bother putting a nominal point guard next to them? Sign Moute and Noel or some **** imo and roll that and just have a huge athletic switching defense.

Also what pick in this years draft could Lonzo be traded for that the Spurs would likely prefer? To make max salaries for LeBron and PG work, which might not be a big deal I think the Lakers have to trade Lonzo, Ingram and Deng. I don’t think Kuzma and 25 quite get you there(I’m AFK can’t look it up), but pretty close anyways.

And yeah Spurs +500 seems like solid value. Don’t think he’s sat down with Pop yet and they might just roll the dice that they can get him back into the fold by the deadline.

Yeah if you keep Lonzo and Hart, but trade away Ingram, Kuzma and 25 you can only pay PG and LeBron 93% of their maxes.

Edit. Trading Hart too only gets you up to 94.6% of their maxes. Kuzma, Hart and 25 don’t really move the needle for creating space because they don’t make that much more than the minimum roster charges.

Probably because they're terribly juiced Lolvada futures that add up to >130%. (2 regular -110 bets add up to <105%.)

I can see the thinking behind the SA bet though, if they try to do what they did with Lamarcus. Obv situation here is way worse though.

Yeah, I think it is just worded wrong. Just means if they get LeBron that Lonzo may be on the outs is what the guy is trying to say.

Maybe in a 3teamer for Kawhi?

Pretty sure James doesn’t want to deal with the ball drama and balls best talents are an issue for James since ball just passes well and can’t shoot a lick. Balls d is good but I think his drama outweighs his performance at this point.

exo is right that marcus smart would be duplicitous on the celtics if they were to sign kawhi. has nothing to do with grayson allen, they just dont need his minutes.

assuming full health, it would already be a pretty big mistake to sign him to a long term 12+ mill contract, because he's no longer needed for the top 7, which would be the clear best 5:

gordon hayward
jaylen brown
kyrie

another big (need to play some minutes, especially against teams with good post bigs, but also just to help al not tire himself out rebounding)
marcus morris (better shooter than smart and a strong defender as well)
