Why? Jaylen is legit.

Seems unlikely Celts would max Kawhi, Kyrie while already paying Hayward/Horford and then having to pay Smart, Rozier in the next few years.

I'd like to see Celts get Kawhi but I wouldn't want to gut the team for him.

Yeah if they get kawhi lol at them keeping scrub ass smart and rozier, I’d dump those two guys in a second. They have extremely valuable high picks that can fill those voids. Both smart and rozier don’t want **** money.

I'd rather keep 1 of them+Brown+Kyrie than lose all of them and get Kawhi+something else if it shakes out like that though.

If they're willing to spend that much on the team then make it happen I guess, but just seems unlikely they will roll out like a 145-150mill payroll for 4-5 years.

I think if Celts deal Kawhi then likely 1 of Hayward/Kyrie goes out.

Why would they keep Smart for 10+mill a year when they can draft Grayson Allen at #27 and pay him $1.2mill for being a solid defender, solid ball handler & good shooter. Allen probably does better than Smart at his current role for 1/10th the price, paying smart 8 figures is a mistake for the Celtics.

Cov/Fultz/10 or Hayward or Kyrie and kings pick is a lot to give up for a guy that might not re-sign.

Jaylen Brown is already better than a 6th man. He would start on at least 1/2 the teams in the NBA right now: Orl, Atl, Dallas, BKN, NYK, Por, Mia, Mem, NO, IND, TOR, CLE, SAC, LAC, LAL, DET, CHI etc

I am massively down on Fultz but would LOL at that. The 76ers have Covington locked up for 4 years, Fultz 7 years and #10 for 8 years.

Kawhi is locked up for 1 more year and will make 2x what those guys will make conbined at the start of the 19-20 season.

That would be disastrous for the 76ers even if it went perfectly

How does Julius Randle factor into all of this in a Lakers/SA deal?

He can't just re-sign for like 3/70 and be put in the deal, right?

If he could then I could see like Randle/Ingram for Kawhi/D Green then use Kuzma/picks to get rid of Deng's deal.

Butler + Gorgui for Kiwi + Pau + picks then we fire Thibs. Jimmy is from Texas and would be way the best player they could get.

I don't understand how the Celts could even deal Jaylen for Kawhi without giving up 1 of their higher priced players.

I guess throw in Yaba/Morris/Nader/Theis and it works cap wise.

I guess i'm the only one high on Grayson Allen being a good 20-25min a game 3rd guard on a winning team. Don't see how he fails at that role, i see him being too athletic, too big of a dog & a pretty good shooter to fail in the nba but okay.

Not true, PHI can go Fultz + 10 for Kawh, and I believe, give the SAS a trade exception for his full salary

They punt Bayless contract and can max lebron anyway he chooses

Simmons, Kawhi, Lebron, Roco, Saric, Embiid top 6, gg league
