Satoransky is a big athletic guard who also finished 7th among designated shooting guards in RPM, although he ran the point with Beal when Wall was out.

It's been a while since DarO was skipped, & KanHeels can't draft a rookie anyway, so I'll just go ahead & take...

Michael Porter Jr.

Can't turn down the upside at this point. Same size as Anthony Davis coming out of high school (9 foot standing reach). Very good athlete. Good rebounder. Shot over 80% free throws & over 40% 3s in high school.

Somewhat broken & might not be a team guy, buuuuuut, we'll roll the dice & see what happens.

DMitch
LeVert
Hayward
Gordon
Allen

Fournier

The 6-foot-10 forward authored one of the most dominant senior seasons in recent history en route to MaxPreps National Player of the Year honors, leading a program that won three games the year before to an undefeated national championship. He averaged over 36 points and 13 rebounds per game.

the problem with Satoransky is that he might not play much next year with the addition of UNDRAFTED and I could see Real Madrid or someone offering him more money to play for them. Hes a good player, but im not sure whats going to happen with him.

This says he hit 93% of FT's and 70% of 3pters. Can't be taken seriously.

Seems like some denominators are missing. I think the point totals are right but the ftas, ftms and fga and made are wrong.

Yeah, those #s look funky. This is what I read from NBADraftNet:

Strengths: It's not often that you find an elite level size/shooter/athlete package at the high school level ... Extremely mature, focused and hard working individual ... Smooth and athletic wing forward with high level intangibles and competitiveness … Possesses tremendous size for a wing forward at 6'10 with a 7'0 wingspan and 9'0 foot standing reach ... Could transition to being a face up four in today's "play up a position" NBA ... Possesses good coordination, fluidity, and versatility … Smooth shooting stroke with proper form, rotation, and arc ... Draws fouls at a high rate ... Reliable free throw shooter, shot 81.2% over the Nike EYBL and 86% his senior year at Nathan Hale. Gets great elevation with his shot combined with his size and length, can rise and shoot over the top of the defense ... Excels in catch and shoot situations as well as one or minimal dribble pull ups ... Highly efficient and consistent scorer ... A pure shooter ... Shot very well from three at 47% his senior year ... Nearly automatic from midrange ... Threat to score from anywhere within the half court ... Moves well off the ball … High level athlete with great run and jump ability, especially at his height ... Finishes well in transition ... Quick off the ground. Has impressive second jump, giving him an edge on tip-ins and put backs. Good rebounder ... Crashes offensive boards after nearly every missed shot … Plays well within the offense; doesn’t force his scoring or try to do too much. Squares up on the move and gets his feet set quickly. Stays balanced and shows good body control when he shoots on the move. Uses screens and curls well … Plays the baseline well … Has good potential as a perimeter defender with his length and ability to move his feet. Solid shot blocking ability … Solid court vision and passing ability … Strength has improved over the past year …

I'm going with Mo Harkless, a fine body to throw at the wing, especially if he can continue hitting his threes. If it turns out Randle and Simmons can't play at the same time, Harkless opens us more options for small ball lineups.

Simmons
Booker
Ingram
Randle
Valanciunas

Harkless
Portis

My pick is T.J. Warren. He's by far the worst three point shooter on the roster but he finds ways to get buckets. He finished the past season shooting 49.8% from the field despite a terrible 22.2 3p%. Hopefully he can return to glory and shoot 40% from deep like he did in his 2015-2016 season on a higher volume of attempts. He's still pretty young at 24 so he has time to grow into a better 3 point shooter.

I mean I love Harkless & all, & was considering drafting him... but he literally averaged 6.5 points last season... which was his 2nd highest total in the last 4 years.

He can't do a fraction of the things LeVert can in terms of facilitating an offense, & it's not like the Blazers have a bunch of all world wings blocking him from the court.

Damn now I'm pissed off the Knicks didnt select Michael Porter Jr at #9.

Just sit him for the whole year who gives a ****. Tank for next draft.

Sigh. It's really not easy being a Knicks fan.

Each has different skillsets and outcomes over this 5 year period, but I assure you there is no "lol" about preferring any of those players over the other players. While their contributions in different situations are quantifiable, their actual value is beyond the scope of your (or my) knowledge beyond preference for certain players in certain contexts.

Actually didnt realize Batum is 29. i thought he was at least 32. I think he is a good pick in this, but Charlotte watchers really hate him.

Levert can play and plays a completely different role than any of the others. I'm optimistic on what he can offer. but round 5 is ambitious

career 38.1% on threes. he was often asked to create offense which isnt a role he's suited for.

I guess I agree though. he's so long, he should be able to defend. I expect him to mature into a 3 and D player once his market doesnt bear out for him

give me lou williams, hes 31 but hes the best hes ever been and its not close. The last two years hes been one of the most valuable offensive players in the league.

he was the #1 shooting guard in offensive RPM and 8th overall. Every player in the top 15 went in the first two rounds except sweet lou. He was also 16th overall in a completely different situation the year before. His defense isnt very good but he more than makes up for it on offense.

36.9% I think?

He's actually pretty rexy. Wingspan & height exact same.

LeVert fits my team perfectly in that he can already shoot competently, run an offense, & play passable defense. He's a perfect complement to DMitch & I don't think there's a guard who has been drafted since who would do better on my team?

Sorry, dunno why I took a shot at LeVert personally haha.
